What did we do?
Customer Need
- The Air Suspension System will not communicate with vehicle network.
Root Cause
- Different CAN endianness used (Intel vs Motorola).
Solution
- Within 2 weeks Embed developed prototype software and shipped ECUs to the client. This was possible because we used our off-the-shelf platform to springboard the project. Most importantly keeping our clients project on track.
- Within 10 months Embed developed new production hardware based on the hardware platform. Embed ported the software platform to the new hardware and ran the application on the new hardware with next to no changes.
